BCHL PLAYOFFS: Vernon Vipers face Vees in Penticton

VERNON – The Vernon Vipers are looking to break the trend of losing at the South Okanagan Events Centre in the BCHL Interior Division final series against the Penticton Vees.

The Snakes are in Penticton tonight, March 20, for Game 5 of the best-of-seven, with the series tied at two-games each.

The final turned into a best-of-three affair when the defending Interior Division champion Vipers downed the Vees at Kal Tire Place 5-2 on Wednesday, March 18. Both teams recorded their win on home ice during this playoff series.

If you can’t make the trip to Penticton for tonight’s game, you can listen to the play-by-play on 107.5 Kiss FM.

Game 6 will be back in Vernon on Saturday, March 21 at 6 p.m. Call the Viper’s office for ticket information at 250-542-6022.
