Head to Vernon for the cheapest gas in B.C.

After almost hitting $2 a litre in March, the price of one litre of regular gas has fallen to as low as $1.65.9 at some stations in the Thompson-Okanagan region today.

The SuperSave on 32nd street in Vernon shows that low price on GasBuddy.com. That website is not always accurate but a call to the gas station confirmed the price is accurate. GasBuddy.com also listed it as the cheapest gas in B.C.

Most other stations in Vernon showed $1.67.9 at 9 a.m. today, April 11.

It is selling for $1.79.9 in Kelowna with Costco being listed for $0.10 per litre less.

Kamloops prices are ranging from $1.84.9 to $1.89.9 except for Costco that showed a price of $1.75.9.

Penticton stations were around $1.88.9.

Vancouver stations are in the $1.91.9 to $1.93.9 range, Calgary is at $1.54.9 and Toronto sits at $1.67.9.
