One person dead, other seriously injured in ATV accident near Enderby

One person has been seriously injured and another died in an ATV accident near Enderby last night.

An RCMP spokesperson confirmed this afternoon, April 17, that a single ATV accident involving two occupants occurred last night at the Cooke Creek Forest Service Road.

One person died and another was sent to hospital with serious injuries. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the incident, he said.

The RCMP is expected to release more information on the incident this afternoon, April 17.
