The Kelowna Rockets will host games one and two of the Western Hockey League's Western Conference Championship series Friday April 18 and Saturday April 19 at Prospera Place in Kelowna.
The Rockets advanced to the Western Conference Championship by beating Seattle in four straight games this week and opening the playoffs with a five game series victory over Tri City.
Kelowna will host the winner of the Portland-Victoria series which the Winterhawks lead 3-1 with game five tonight.
Game 1 of the Western Conference Championship will start at 7:30 p.m. on Friday April 18 before game two is a 7:05 p.m. start on Saturday April 19 at Prospera Place.
Tickets for the games go on sale tomorrow (Friday April 11) morning at 9:30 a.m. through www.selectyourtickets.com, at the box office or by phone at 250-762-5050.
The schedule for the rest of the WHL Western Conference Championship will be released when the Rockets opponent is decided.
