Man hospitalized after being stabbed in Kamloops

A man was recently taken to the hospital with a stab wound and a woman has been arrested in relation to the incident.

Kamloops RCMP officers were called to a home on Peter Road just before 8 p.m. Sunday, July 31. 

A man with visible injuries consistent with a stab wound was located, according a media release by Kamloops RCMP.

Officers provided first aid until paramedics arrived.

The man was treated for his injuries and later released from the hospital.

A woman was arrested and released with conditions and a court date, pending the RCMP investigation’s conclusion and charge recommendation to Crown counsel.
