Anti-vaxxers are planning to serve the Kamloops RCMP this weekend

Authority figures across the country are criminally responsible for enforcing COVID mandates, according to a group of anti-vaxxers who plan on serving the Kamloops RCMP with a “legal” document.

The document, titled Informed consent script, was produced by Stand United, an anti-vaccination group that also presumes to hold the media to account for “their brainwashing technique used by tyrants to propagate their initiatives to subdue the population,” according to the website.

The Informed consent script has four questions relating to consent and COVID vaccines.

“This campaign is the starting point for legal proceedings,” the site claims.

“You are putting the evidence in their hands so they cannot say they did not know… This is our most effective approach to holding criminals accountable.”

Glenn Aalderink is one of the leaders of Freedom Kamloops who will be delivering the Informed consent to the RCMP detachment in Kamloops this weekend.

“We’ve tried with higher-ups now it’s time to go after the rank and file,” he said.

Aalderink expects the matter to eventually reach the Supreme Court of Canada.

“We can’t arrest anyone but we’re going to ask people who can.”

He said a meeting with someone from the RCMP detachment has been arranged.

Although the vast majority of restrictions have been lifted, Aalderink said some people are still out of work because of COVID, and if this “legal” challenge is going to be taken seriously, it has to be launched within a statute of limitations.

But the government remains confident in its approach. The province recommends everyone over the age of 6 months get vaccinated. Boosters are recommended for everyone 12 and over.

“COVID-19 vaccines are safe,” according to immunizebc.ca.

“There is a very strict process to test and approve vaccines in Canada. Health Canada only approves a vaccine if it is safe, it works, it meets manufacturing standards, and the benefits outweigh the risks. After a vaccine is approved for use, its safety is continuously monitored.”

The protest has the blessing of the institution it’s protesting against.

“The Kamloops RCMP detachment is aware of the demonstration and is monitoring accordingly,” Const. Crystal Evelyn said in an email.

“The RCMP respects and protects the right to lawful and peaceful protest, as guaranteed under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.”

The rally begins at Peterson Creek at 10 a.m. before a walk to the RCMP detachment at 560 Battle Street.

Anti-vaxxers were protesting at the municipal police station last week in Peterborough, Ontario, and calling for the detainment of its members. Citizen journalist Caryma Sa'd posted a series of videos to Twitter from the event. 

"Today we are going to turn the members of the Peterborough police station over to the US special force military, Canadian military, and global military alliance will be here to pick them up once we detain them,” said Frank Curtin, the man recorded leading the protest. 

Pro-vaccine protesters can be heard disrupting the demonstration.

In a subsequent video, Curtin can be seen getting dragged into the police station as he's being arrested.
