KAMLOOPS – The Thompson-Nicola Regional District’s Library System is hosting a free workshop called Super Simple Savings on Tuesday April 14, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the Kamloops Library.

The workshop will be hosted by financial educator Lisa Rogers from the Credit Counselling Society. The society is a non-profit, charitable organization that was established to help people find solutions to their debt problems and learn to manage their money and credit better.

Participants in the workshop will learn how to create and organize their savings, and learn about the pros and cons of various savings vehicles (TFSA, GIC, savings account, etc.)
