iN VIDEO: This Vernon golf course could be yours for $5.2M
A golf course spread over almost 50 acres in Vernon, complete with a clubhouse and its own water source, could be yours for $5.25 million.
The 48-acre, 18-hole Hillview Golf Course comes with a 2,500 square feet clubhouse, which has a liquor primary licence and its own deep water well and holding pond, according to commercial real estate firm Colliers.

Colliers is advertising the property as a "turnkey income producing property" and the "ultimate Okanagan experience" with a steady cash flow for an investor or an owner/occupier.
The ad says the course has the only full-service driving range in Vernon.

The course opened in 1986 and is currently owned and operated by the Atmore family.
Additional information is available from Colliers, but it's not for looky-loos as interested parties have to sign a confidentiality agreement before being given any more details.
