KELOWNA – A Kelowna woman hopes someone out there knows where her necklace is because the pendant contains a most precious memorial — her daughter's ashes.
The necklace was reported missing to police April 18. An RCMP press release states she lost the necklace and attached pendant somewhere in Kelowna or Sparkling Hills two days before. The pendant is heart shaped with mother of pearl, surrounded by silver with the inscription "My Angel Paige" on the back. It's attached to a silver chain and is also a miniature urn, less than an inch in diameter.
The woman wants this important personal momento returned and asks it be returned to the nearest police detachment.
Anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of the pendant is asked to call the Kelowna RCMP, Const. Guilbaud, at 250-762-3300. Remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, leaving a tip online at www.crimestoppers.net or by texting your tip to CRIMES (274637) ktown.
