Both brothers wanted in Okanagan Rail Trail assault re-arrested

The two men wanted in connection to a violent beating of a teen on the Okanagan Rail Trail in Kelowna have both been re-arrested.

Kyle and Justin Radis were charged on Dec. 14 for the November 2021 vicious assault that sent a 17-year-old Kelowna male to hospital with serious injuries including broken ribs and nose.

While the both were re-arrested for failing to show up in court, one has been released again and the other remanded in custody, according to a Kelowna RCMP news release. It did not say which brother remains in jail.
