Police seek rightful owners of stolen dolls

VERNON – Police are hoping to reunite a collection of dolls with their rightful owners.

The six dolls are dressed to represent several different countries, and four appear to be in their original boxes.

Police found the dolls in a stolen vehicle last February. The truck had been involved in a single vehicle motor vehicle accident near Highridge Road in Vernon. The license plate was reported stolen out of Lake Country.

A number of items suspected to have been stolen from someone in the Central or North Okanagan were recovered from the truck, including the dolls.

If they are yours, call the Vernon RCMP detachment at 250-545-7171.
