Man found face down in Wood Lake

OYAMA – Lake Country Fire was called to help a man found floating in Wood Lake in Oyama last night.

The man was spotted floating face down not far from shore just after 7 p.m. though it's believed he wasn't in the water for long, according to Global News.

He was found lifeless but efforts to revive the man worked and 20 minutes later he had a pulse.

A medivac helicopter was brought in as a precaution though the man was taken to Kelowna General Hospital by ambulance.
