KAMLOOPS – A four vehicle accident created a mess for afternoon for communuters travelling along Battle and Columbia Streets.
The accident happened at about 3 p.m.. and Kamloops RCMP routed traffic around the area but many were stuck until police and emergency personnel cleared the area, shortly before 4:20 p.m.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation. RCMP Const. Cheryl Bush says the four vehicles were involved in a chain reaction.
Two people were transported to Royal Inland Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
