VERNON – A car was found flipped on its roof at the top of Alexis Park Hill in the wee hours of the morning, but nobody was inside.
Sometime between 12:45 to 1:10 a.m., May 7, the driver of a red sedan somehow managed to flip the car over on Alexis Park Drive on the south side of 39 Avenue. A concerned motorist saw the car and pulled over to check on the occupants but found the car empty.
