The Dream

The Dream (operated by the non-profit The Dream Society) is a newly reopened, community-powered live music and arts venue located at 67 Front St, Penticton, BC. It occupies the legendary downtown space formerly known as the Dream Café, which closed in September 2025 due to financial headwinds. Reborn as a volunteer-driven, registered non-profit listening room, the completely renovated 130-seat space functions not just as a performance venue, but as a daytime creative hub, workshop space, and music incubator for the South Okanagan.
