Penticton digging out after heavy snowfall

PENTICTON - Penticton residents with mobility issues faced difficulties getting around today as city crews tried to get a handle on the weekend snowfall. Many sidewalks and street curbs remained snow covered or slushy early Monday afternoon, Dec. 28. City Hall was closed for the Boxing Day stat, so there was no official word available...
