“Officers quickly arrived at the scene to discover an unresponsive man appearing to have lost a significant amount of blood,” Const. Jesse O’Donaghey says in a media release.

A 26-year-old Kelowna man was rushed to hospital in critical condition, but succumbed to his injuries.

RCMP say they arrested a suspect a short distance away from the scene and a 26-year-old, who is known to police, remains in custody.
