Here are the numbers:

  • 13.45: Million dollars. That’s the price of the most expensive home on the market in Kelowna.
  • 79,900: Dollars. That’s the price of one of the cheapest homes in West Kelowna. It’s a manufactured home with a pad rental fee of $670 a month.
  • 1,762: Listings in Kelowna are on Realtor.ca.
  • 561: Homes were sold in the BC Interior in September, which is down 7.4 per cent from September 2025.
  • 771,400: Dollars. That was the benchmark average sale price for a single-family home in the BC Interior in September, which is exactly the same as it was last year.
  • 445,693: Dollars gets you a 20-bedroom, 19th century estate in France. It is a bit of a fixer-upper though.
  • 73: Days. That was the average time it took a single family home to sell in the BC Interior in September.
  • 749: Listings in Kamloops are active on Realtor.ca.
  • 4.5: Million dollars gets you a 22-unit apartment building in Kamloops.
