iN PHOTOS: Vernon Winter Carnival kicked off the weekend with fireworks

An impressive fireworks display lit up the sky above Vernon last night.

The show was part of the Vernon Winter Carnival, which comes to an end tomorrow, Feb. 12. 

Last night, many locals gathered at a vantage point in the Turtle Mountain neighbourhood to get a good view of the Kal Tire Place, where the fireworks were being launched from.
