PENTICTON – Bicycle thefts continue to occur at an alarming rate in Penticton and a Facebook group has been created to help reunite stolen bikes with their owners.
RCMP Cpl. Don Wrigglesworth says the theft of numerous bikes in the city and outlying communities last week including the following incidents:
A Facebook group called Stolen/missing bikes in Penticton has been created in recent weeks to help find and return stolen bikes.
Members are encouraged to post a description, a photo and the police file number of their missing bicycle.
