Looking for a forever home; Kamloops SPCA pet of the week

KAMLOOPS – Summer was surrendered to the SPCA with her four kittens. The kittens were placed in foster care until they were old enough to be adopted, now it's Summer's turn.

Summer is approximately one year and six months old. She's a lovely and affectionate girl that really enjoys getting attention. Summer takes a long time to get used to other animals and is very confident towards them. It would be best for Summer to find a home where she will be the only feline.

There was a small breed dog in her foster home and she did show some aggression towards it. Testing would have to be done with long, slow introductions to see how she would do with a bigger dog.

She is very social with people and has a lot of energy for playtime. Summer would make a loving companion in the right home. She has adjusted well to being an indoor only cat.

Summer's Animal ID is 404319

Visit the Kamloops Branch webpage for more information such as location, adoption fees, and hours of operation.
