
Armed robber gets away with cash and drugs
PENTICTON – A man wearing a disguise and armed with a gun held up the pharmacist and the pharmacist technician at the Medicine Shoppe pharmacy Thursday morning.
The man walked into the pharmacy at 2210 Main St. just before 9:30 a.m.
He demanded drugs and cash from the two women. They weren’t hurt and no shots were fired.
RCMP aren’t saying what kind of gun was used in the armed robbery.
The suspect walked out the back door with cash and prescription drugs.
A police dog tracked him for a few blocks but he got away.
The suspect was wearing a white bandana with a black design, sunglasses, a black ball cap with a white skull design, baggie pants and a grey hoodie.
