
Heavy metal rockers ‘Slayer’ are coming to Penticton for their final tour
PENTICTON – One of the world's hardest rocking bands is making its way to Penticton this spring to help wrap up a career.
Heavy Metal band Slayer announced today that it's added the South Okanagan Events Centre on May 17 as part of its last ever world tour.
After 37 years and two Grammy awards, the band is doing one final tour to thank their fans for their ongoing support.
Slayer will be joined by Lamb of God, Anthrax, Behemoth and Testament on the tour.
Tickets go on sale Friday Jan. 26 at 10 a.m.
