Get thirsty, Penticton
PENTICTON — The Okanagan Fest-of-Ale is returning to Penticton this year for three days of beer-guzzling good times.
This year marks the 19th annual festival, featuring breweries from around the province, including four from Penticton: Orchard Hill Cidery, Tin Whistler Brewery, Cannery Brewing and Barley Mill Brew Pub.
The Fest-of-Ale is a charity organization that donates all proceeds to local charities. The Okanagan Fest-of-Ale Society board chooses qualifying and deserving charities to receive donations. They also offer scholarships to Penticton area schools.
Local performers will also be part of the entertainment lineup, however, an official list has yet to be released.
The event is taking place at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre, Friday, April 4, and Saturday, April 5.
In-person ticket sales will be available Saturday, March 1 at the Days Inn Penticton on Riverside Drive. Tickets can also be purchased online.
