Hamilton Ticats enjoy indoor practice in Moose Jaw as mercury plummets in Regina

MOOSE JAW, Sask. – The Hamilton Tiger-Cats traded in the tundra for a comfortable indoor practice Friday.

The Eastern champions took a bus 70 kilometres to Moose Jaw’s YaraCentre, where the Saskatchewan Roughriders had trained Wednesday.

Back in the Saskatchewan capital, the mercury plummeted to minus-25, which felt like minus-34 with the wind chill.

It shoulder be warmer come game-day Sunday. The forecast calls for a daytime high of minus-one, feeling like minus-six.

Kickoff at Mosaic Stadium is 5:30 p.m. local time, with an expected temperature of minus-two or three.
