Bees, butterflies and other pollinators need your help more than ever! Learn how to support a diverse range of pollinators by providing food plants and nesting sites. Presented by Lori Weidenhammer, founding member and board member of the Native Bee Society of British Columbia.Lori is originally from Treaty 6 Territory in Saskatchewan the original lands of the Cree, Saulteaux, Dene, Dakota, Lakota, Nakota and the homeland of the Métis Nation and feels gratitude to be able to live and work in unceded territory of the Coast Salish nations.Suitable for ages 15 and up.This program is a partnership between the Edible Garden Project, the City of North Vancouver, and the District of North Vancouver.Donations welcome, to help the Ecology Centre continue to deliver these programs.Contact edgart@dnv.org if you have any questions about registration or any technical issues on the day of the workshop.
