The pace of modern life is fast, and even when we get a free moment it can be difficult to relax. Put on soft music and light some candles and let your body and mind rest. Yin and Restorative Yoga offer techniques for balancing activity with acceptance – an expression of love for yourself. We will hold passive poses for a few minutes supporting our body with props. Have a strap (belt) and a few blankets or towels for this practice. When activity and rest are balanced, life is full and sleep is sound.
