You can catch a ride with Uber in Kelowna tomorrow

Uber has announced that it will start operating in Kelowna as of noon tomorrow, June 6.

It will also being operating in Victoria and Chilliwack.

The ride hailing company was approved to operate throughout most of B.C. last month.

The service will kick off at Kelowna City Hall at noon.

Drivers who take 20 trips within the first 14 days of the launch will get a $1,000 bonus.
