When Buddy lost his sight because of cataracts in his eyes, his owner became concerned because the blind dog kept bumping into things around the house.

So Zepharis and his girlfriend say they came up with a dog bumper to keep the pint-sized pup out of harms way.

They call it the Bumper Buddy and it is quite brilliant.
