Aerial awesomeness: The Okanagan like you’ve never seen it before
OKANAGAN – A photographer and filmmaker from Penticton has released a stunning video of the Okanagan as seen from the air.
Luke Gibson’s video called Okanagan Awesome Aerial was shot almost entirely with a drone.
Although it is only about four minutes long it covers many of the Okanagan's most popular sights including vineyards, golf courses, Mt. Kobau near Osoyoos, the cliffs at Skaha Lake and Giant’s Head in Summerland.
Set to William French’s song Solstice, the video also includes shots of sail boats on Okanagan Lake, tubers on the Penticton channel, cliff jumpers and views of the valley you won’t see anywhere else.
