PRISTINA, Kosovo – The mayor of a northern Kosovo town says a former hotel has collapsed trapping a man inside.
Agim Bahtiri, the mayor of the Mitrovice town, 40 kilometres (25 miles) north of the capital Pristina, said on Facebook Monday that part of the former Adriatik hotel, which now houses some offices, had collapsed and that “a person is under the ruins.”
The former hotel was built in 1928.
