Bulman Bridge temporary closure

Beginning 7 a.m. Monday, July 14 until the end of August, the Bulman Road Bridge will be closed for replacement.

Detour routes will be posted on Old Vernon Road for alternate access to Shadow Ridge Golf Course and Sunset Ranch.

Access to businesses and residences is a priority and will be maintained, follow detour routes and resident only signage.

Crews have already begun preparing the area by preloading the new bridge footings and geotechnical drilling.

The contract was awarded to Colmar Construction for $550,000 which includes widening of the bridge.

The City of Kelowna thanks residents, businesses and commuters for their patience during this important infrastructure improvement.
