If you lost your purse full of money, Vernon RCMP may have it

VERNON – A purse with a lot of money in it was found at a Vernon coffee shop last summer and the RCMP are still looking for the owner.

Police say the purse, containing several items and a substantial amount of money, was found in front of the Tim Hortons on Highway 6 on Aug. 14, 2015.

The RCMP have tried to find the owner, but with no success, and are now reaching out to the public, according to a media release.

If you think the purse is yours, go to the Vernon RCMP detachment and speak with investigators.
