KELOWNA – The bomb threat received at Kelowna International Airport this morning was fake.

Const. Jesse O'Donaghey says the police, airport administration and Transport Canada have deemed the threat as "non-credible."

O'Donaghey says the airport was not evacuated and there were no impacts to flights.

He says it is "business as usual" at the airport.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300. Remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, leaving a tip online at www.crimestoppers.net or by texting your tip to CRIMES (274637) ktown.
