Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Aerospace, rail equipment. Down 10 cents, or 4.26 per cent, to $2.25 on 8.2 million shares.
Cenovus Energy Inc. (TSX:CVE). Oil and gas. Up 17 cents, or 0.86 per cent, to $19.97 on 4.1 million shares. The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan says it has an agreement with Cenovus to acquire Cenovus’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Heritage Royalty Limited Partnership, in a deal worth about $3.3 billion. Calgary-based Heritage Royalty holds a broad portfolio of oil and gas royalties in Western Canada.
Suncor Energy Inc. (TSX:SU). Oil and gas. Up 61 cents, or 1.81 per cent, to $34.40 on 4.02 million shares.
Element Financial Corp. (TSX:EFN). Financial Services. Up 56 cents, or 2.92 per cent, to $19.75 on 3.6 million shares.
Encana Corp. (TSX:ECA). Oil and gas. Up 11 cents, or 0.81 per cent, to $13.77 on 3.6 million shares.
Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (TSX:BAM.A). Real Estate Services. Up 32 cents, or 0.74 per cent, to $43.64 on 3.5 million shares.

TransCanada Corp. (TSX:TRP). Oil and gas. Down 24 cents, or 0.47 per cent, to $50.76 on 3.3 million shares. TransCanada says recent Canadian climate change announcements should bolster the case in Washington for building its long-delayed Keystone XL pipeline. The Calgary-based company makes that case in a letter to Secretary of State John Kerry and other American officials as the U.S. regulatory process nears its seventh anniversary.
