Amid foggy morning, several flights cancelled or delayed at Kelowna airport

Poor weather is disrupting several flights in and out of Kelowna today.

Two flights schedules to arrive at the Kelowna International Airport today have been cancelled and eight are delayed. Five departing flights have been cancelled and two are delayed.

“Due to weather conditions, we are experiencing some flight delays and cancellations,” reads a notice on the YLW website. “Please contact your airline for further information.”

A fog advisory that is in effect through Environment Canada applies to Kelowna.
