iNFOTEL MULTIMEDIA is Proud to Support Local Charities

As a full-service multimedia agency we at iNFOTEL MULTIMEDIA work with Okanagan businesses every day to help them grow and thrive. Giving our best to our non-profit and for-profit clients is in our mission. We truly admire the amazing work that charities from Kamloops to Osoyoos do, in these very challenging times, when so many are vulnerable.

This past December, we wanted to help charities reach their fundraising goals, by providing over $22,000 in sponsorship towards digital banners on iNFONews.ca. The challenges for fundraising for these non-profits have been enormous during COVID and the pressure continues. So many resources are needed to continue their amazing work. We would like to tell you more about the kindness, generosity, and hope these groups provide:

• Okanagan Boys & Girls Club: Their mission is to provide a safe, supportive place where children and youth can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships, and develop confidence and skills for life. This organization benefited from this advertising for donations and volunteers.
• North Okanagan Youth & Family Services: “Supporting families in the North Okanagan since 1974” For almost 50 years, NOYFS has been a vital part of Vernon’s social network. We so admire their enthusiasm and ideas for building healthy children, youth and their families.
• Central Okanagan Food Bank: With skyrocketing food prices, food banks have seen a huge increase in visitors.  Using a small number of paid staff and many volunteers they manage to deliver healthy food to so many in need every day.
• North Okanagan Hospice Society: Many people have benefited from the dedication of NOHS staff as they help individuals and their families cope with life-limiting illness. This is an agency where spreading the word about what they do is critically important. They also accept donations to the Society in memory of, or in honour of a loved one.
• Kamloops Hospice Association: A similar organization to NOHS, the Kamloops Hospice house provides essential care in the Kamloops-Thompson River region.
• KidSport Penticton: This agency’s goal is to ensure that all kids have the chance to play. They fundraise so that families who cannot afford to enroll their children in organized leagues, can do so. What an amazing service they provide to helping us have strong, healthy happy children in our communities!
• BC Cancer Foundation: The BC Cancer Foundation is world-renowned for their groundbreaking cancer research and facilities they provide for all BC residents.  Founded in 1935, every dollar they raise stays in BC to help so many in need.
