iN PHOTOS: This year’s Lumby Outhouse Races were iconic as ever

Arguably the most strange and wonderful tradition in the Village of Lumby is the annual outhouse race.

This year’s event was a royal flush as creative commodes were rushed around Oval Park on Feb. 1.

There were 15 outhouses mounted on skis and pushed across the finish line in an effort to win the glorious plunger trophy.

The excitement was caught on camera.
