WINNIPEG – Police in Winnipeg say a warrant has been issued for a man following a vicious hotel assault in which an employee’s ears were bitten off.
Police are also looking for a woman in her 20s who they allege took part in the attack.
They say a 40-year-old woman was working at the hotel early on Sunday when she was confronted by two people after refusing them service.
Const. Jason Michalyshen confirms that during the attack, which lasted several minutes, the employee’s ears were bitten off.
Police say Donald Loupelle, who is 44 and also goes by the name Rocky, is wanted for aggravated assault.
