KELOWNA – Beginning at noon on Monday, July 25, until Sept. 30, Gordon Drive between Thornloe and Vance roads will be single-lane, alternating traffic for bridge repairs.
A temporary traffic light will be activated at both ends of the bridge until this work is completed. Cyclists are encouraged to use other routes due to uneven surfaces during construction.
Bridge repairs will include maintenance of the structure’s stability, surface management and joint sealing.
The City of Kelowna and construction workers appreciate the patience of residents, businesses and motorists during the construction season.
