Telus is asking B.C. court to stop ads by smaller wireless competitor Mobilicity

VANCOUVER – Telus (TSX:T) will ask the British Columbia Supreme Court to stop smaller wireless competitor Mobilicity from advertising, broadcasting and distributing ads that it considers misleading. Telus is taking issue with Mobilicity’s claims, for example, about no contracts and unlimited data. Mobilicity says Telus is using intimidation and is targeting it as a small player in the wireless market.
