LUMBY – A man lost his driving privileges for 90 days when he attempted to drive away from the scene of a fight at a local licenced business.
Police responded to the call of a fight at the Lumby premise July 11. When the suspect attempted to leave, police stopped the man and performed a roadside sobriety test. The man failed and was issued an immediate roadside prohibition. His car was impounded for 30 days.
