Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Aerospace, rail equipment. Down nine cents, or 4.89 per cent, to $1.75 on 7.6-million shares.

GeneNews Ltd. (TSX:GEN). Health care. Up eight cents, or 41.03 per cent, to 27.5 cents on six-million shares.

Teck Resources Ltd. (TSX:TCK.B). Miner. Down 39 cents, or 1.62 per cent, to $23.72 on 5.6-million shares.

Encana Corp. (TSX:ECA). Oil and gas. Up 15 cents, or 1.16 per cent, to $13.03 on 4.7-million shares.

Dalradian Resources Inc. (TSX:DNA). Miner. Down seven cents, or 4.67 per cent, to $1.43 on 4.7-million shares.

Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. (TSX:IVN). Miner. Up five cents, or 2.69 per cent, to $1.91 on four-million shares.

Companies reporting major news:

Torstar Corp. (TSX:TS.B). Publishing. Up five cents, or 3.03 per cent, to $1.70 on 680,022 shares. Torstar has signed a deal to sell the land and buildings that had housed its printing plant to an unidentified buyer for $54.25 million. The newspaper publisher stopped the presses at the Vaughan, Ont., plant, north of Toronto, in July and shifted the work to Transcontinental (TSX:TCL.A) (down 34 cents, or 1.85 per cent, to $18 on 82,946 shares).
