First Capital Realty Inc. Real estate. Up six cents, or 0.33 per cent, to $18.10 on 8.8 million shares.

B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Unchanged at $1.44 on seven million shares.

Encana Corp. (TSX:ECA). Oil and gas. Up 26 cents, or 3.65 per cent, to $7.39 on 4.3 million shares.

ProMetic Life Sciences Inc. (TSX:PLI). Biotechnology. Up 26 cents, or 7.98 per cent, to $3.52 on 4.1 million shares.

Perpetual Energy Inc. (TSX:PMT). Oil and gas. Down half a cent, or 11.11 per cent, to four cents on 4.1 million shares.

Data Group Ltd. (TSX:DGI). Business services. Down half a cent, or 25 per cent, to 1.5 cents on 4.1 million shares.

Air Canada (TSX:AC). Airline. Up one cent, or 0.10 per cent, to $9.96 on 744,428 shares. Air Canada has asked the country’s top court to overturn a Quebec ruling that would require the airline to keep its maintenance operations in the country. In its legal filing with the Supreme Court in Ottawa, Air Canada said that the appeal court’s ruling “jeopardizes” the main objective of privatizing the formerly government-owned airline — to create a “viable and competitive company.”
