CRANBROOK, B.C. – Mackenzie Skapski stopped 25 shots as the Kootenay Ice blanked the visiting Moose Jaw Warriors 4-0 on Saturday in Western Hockey League play.
Collin Shirley and Sam Reinhart each had a goal and an assist for the Ice (26-27-2), who have won three games in a row, and Jagger Dirk and Levi Cable scored a goal apiece.
Justin Paulic turned away 25-of-29 shots in a losing cause for the Warriors (18-29-9).
Kootenay went 1 for 3 on the power play while Moose Jaw failed to score on four chances with the man advantage.
