DUNEDIN, Fla. – Colby Rasmus is looking for quality not quantity this season.
The Blue Jays outfielder says he might have tinkered too much with his hitting last year.
He says he is looking to pace himself and not let things wear on his mind so much.
Rasmus also wants to be more consistent with his hitting form, something he may have helped with some off-season video homework.
The 26-year-old from Georgia hit .223 last season with 23 home runs and 75 RBIs.
