First Quantum takes inside look at Inmet’s books as it extends takeover bid
VANCOUVER – First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (TSX:FM) extended its takeover offer for Inmet Mining Corp. (TSX:IMN) to March 11 as it said it has signed a non-disclosure agreement to allow it to review confidential business information at the company.
