Corrective to Feb. 17 story on MLA swearing-in at B.C. legislature

VICTORIA – The Canadian Press erroneously reported Feb. 17 that Melanie Mark became the first aboriginal woman to take be sworn-in as a member of the British Columbia legislature. In fact, she is the first woman from a First Nation to take a seat in the legislature.
