Ully two goals, Kozun 31 saves as Blazers blank Cougars

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. – Cole Ully scored twice and Taran Kozun stopped 31 shots as the Kamloops Blazers blanked the host Prince George Cougars 7-0 on Saturday in Western Hockey League play.

Tim Bozon and Deven Sideroff each had a goal and an assist for the Blazers (47-20-5) while Dylan Willick and Connor Clouston added a goal apiece.

Sideroff and Clouston both scored their first-career WHL goals and Brendan Ranford chipped in with three assists.

Brett Zarowny stopped 24 shots in a losing cause for the Cougars (21-43-8), who dropped their fifth game in a row.

Kamloops went 2 for 4 on the power play while Prince George failed to score on three chances with the man advantage.
