NEW YORK, N.Y. – The Tony Award-winning musical “Fun Home” will be hitting the road this fall, with stops in Chicago, Las Vegas, Denver, Houston, Seattle and San Francisco’s iconic Curran Theatre.

The touching and beautiful show is based on Alison Bechdel’s graphic novel memoir about growing up with a closeted dad in the family’s funeral home business. It won the 2015 best musical Tony.

The tour kicks off at the Durham Performing Arts Center in North Carolina on Oct. 25 and then goes to Chicago and Detroit in November, before finishing the year in Minneapolis.

In the new year, it goes to Las Vegas; Denver; San Francisco; Des Moines, Iowa; Houston; Kansas City, Missouri; Harford, Connecticut; Charlotte, North Carolina; Seattle; and Costa Mesa, California.

Casting will be announced later.
